Please note: the COVID vaccine is available to those ages 65 and older who have had a previous COVID immunization and to eligible patients under 65 who are considered high-risk for severe COVID.

 

For those under 65, please refer to the list of COVID-19 risk factors and conditions or contact us to find out if you are eligible.
